If you are on an operating system which is not Microsoft Windows, you cannot run Silverlight applications at all.This article is intended for Citrix administrators and technical teams only. This will cause the RAMM Silverlight applications to launch in IE even though it is not your default browser. If you are using a Windows device but wish to use Chrome, Firefox or anything other than IE as your default browser you can install the RAMM Silverlight Launcher. Internet Explorer Not Your Default Browser You can download and run the RAMM Silverlight Launcher from here. That is because Silverlight applications require the Silverlight plugin which runs only in IE on Microsoft Windows.

The RAMM Silverlight applications such as RAMM GIS and Hosting Administration will launch only in Internet Explorer (IE) which must be operating in a Microsoft Windows environment.

If you would prefer to use an older Citrix client, Citrix Receiver versions 4.9-4.12 are available from here. You can download the Citrix Workspace App from here. A Citrix client is required to access some applications in the RAMM Hosting Service.
